This session explores how interruptions, assumptions, and rushed responses undermine clarity and escalate tension. Participants learn how to slow conversations down just enough to gather accurate information, reduce defensiveness, and respond more effectively. We examine practical listening behaviors, including how to ask clarifying questions, reflect back key points, and separate reaction from understanding. Participants also learn how listening improves accountability conversations, conflict resolution, and cross-shift communication. The goal is not silence. It is intentional engagement.
