Excuses don’t win matches—execution does. This session teaches athletes how to take full ownership of their preparation, effort, and mindset, shifting from “reasons why not” to results that matter. Parents will see how accountability builds responsibility in school and life, while coaches will notice athletes who stop explaining away mistakes and start delivering with consistency. “Own the work, own the win.” Format: 60-minute 1:1 athlete session (parent/coach option to sit in) Price: $90
