Leading from the Middle
Caught in the middle. Lead anyway.
Service Description
Middle leadership is one of the most demanding roles in any high-pressure organization. Supervisors and mid-level leaders are often expected to translate executive direction downward while advocating for frontline realities upward. They carry responsibility without full authority and influence culture without always controlling decisions. Leading From the Middle is a 90-minute session designed to strengthen clarity, credibility, and influence for professionals navigating that space. This session examines the unique pressures of middle leadership, including divided loyalty, communication breakdowns, inconsistency across shifts, and the strain of managing expectations from both sides. Participants learn practical strategies for translating policy into clear standards, managing upward professionally, and reinforcing consistency without becoming reactive. We focus on strengthening influence, protecting morale while upholding accountability, and building trust across layers of leadership. The goal is not surviving the middle. It is leading effectively within it. Participants leave with structured tools for communicating across levels, maintaining credibility under pressure, and stabilizing performance when expectations feel pulled in multiple directions. Format: 90-minute 1:1 session Price: $120
