Leading From Any Seat is a 90-minute session designed for dispatchers, operators, and communications professionals who want to strengthen their impact regardless of title. This session explores how informal leadership shows up across shifts and how influence can either stabilize or strain a team. Participants learn how to model professionalism, navigate tension without escalating it, and contribute to consistent standards even when they do not hold formal authority. We examine common barriers to influence, including frustration, disengagement, unclear expectations, and cross-shift conflict.
