Caffeine Isn’t a Coping Strategy
Clear thinking requires sustainable habits.
Service Description
In high-demand environments, pushing through fatigue is often normalized. Extra caffeine, skipped breaks, and powering through long shifts can quietly become default coping habits. Caffeine Isn’t a Coping Strategy focuses on recognizing the difference between short-term energy boosts and sustainable performance practices. This session examines how chronic fatigue impacts communication, decision-making, patience, and consistency on shift. Participants learn practical strategies for managing energy, protecting focus during long hours, and identifying when performance strain is linked to depletion rather than effort. We also address realistic boundary-setting in environments where workload cannot simply be reduced. The goal is not eliminating pressure. It is strengthening habits that support clear thinking and steady communication even when demands are high. Participants leave with practical approaches for sustaining performance without relying solely on adrenaline and caffeine to get through the day. Format: 60-minute 1:1 session Price: $90
